Delete your account
You can delete your account and everything in it whenever you like. It is immediate and cannot be undone.

From the app
- If you want to keep anything, first export it from Settings → Export my data.
- Open Settings → Delete everything and confirm.
Your account, your garden and everything you wrote are deleted right away.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app or can’t get in, write to contact@quietgarden.app from your account’s email, with the subject “Delete my account”. We use it to confirm the account is yours. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us which Apple address you used. We delete everything and confirm by email within 30 days at most (usually much sooner).
What is deleted, and what isn’t
- Everything of ours is deleted: your reflections, the AI’s responses, your garden, your settings, and the usage events and errors tied to your account.
- Our provider’s automatic backups roll over by themselves within days.
- Purchase records the law requires to be kept are held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat.
If you have Premium
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription with the store. Cancel it first from your Apple or Google Play account. More in the privacy policy.
