A journal that blooms

Write what you feel.
Your garden grows.

A few minutes at the end of the day to set down what you’re carrying. Each reflection brings another way to see it and a little water for your garden, which grows while you sleep.

Three steps, once a day.

You don’t need to write well or write a lot. One line is enough.

  1. Screen for writing a reflection, with a question and feelings to choose from

    Write

Up to three times a day. A different question each time, or choose how you’re arriving and start from there.

  2. Screen showing what you wrote and another way to see it

    Another way to see it

A short, honest look at what you wrote. No poster slogans, no advice you didn’t ask for.

  3. The garden with the water drop, ready for watering

    Water, and wait for morning

Each reflection fills a third of the drop. Plant or water, and early tomorrow you’ll see the change.

“If you chase butterflies, they fly away. But if you build a beautiful garden, the butterflies will come. And if they don’t, you still have a beautiful garden.”

No streaks, nothing to lose.

Nothing wilts. Nothing hurries. What you plant grows at its own pace, one step each morning.

Every seed has its story.

You choose what to plant. And as you write, new seeds appear for you to discover.

  • Cherry tree in bloom

    Cherry

In Japan its blossom lasts only a few days: a reminder that beauty, too, is passing.

  • Pine

    Pine

It stays green through the depth of winter: in East Asia, a symbol of constancy and long life.

  • Sunflower

    Sunflower

While it grows, it follows the sun through the day and at night turns back to the east, waiting for morning.

  • The garden notebook in the app

Garden notebook. Your seeds and what they mean, your decor, the seasons and the cards you kept.

A garden that lives with you.

It changes with the time of day, and with the season where you live.

  • The garden at night, with two lanterns glowing among the plants

    At night, it lights up

Lanterns, candles and string lights that glow after dark. New pieces arrive every month, and none ever leave.

  • The same garden in winter, with snow on the plants and lanterns

And it moves through the seasons

Leaves falling in autumn, snow in winter. You do nothing: the garden follows the calendar where you are.

Moments.

A few minutes for yourself, whenever you like: breathe, sit in your garden, let thoughts drift by.

  • Breathe, in three rhythms
  • Sit in your garden, 3, 5 or 10 minutes
  • Body scan
  • Leaves on the stream
  • Tense and release
  • Gentle stretch
  • Kindness
  • 5-4-3-2-1

Each moment has its own illustration that moves with you. Breathe is free; the rest are part of Premium. Nothing is counted: no minutes, no sessions.
